      I went in this business an filled out application for loan after 2 hrs sitting there they denied me worst place to deal with im 69 i think they discriminated against me because of my age

      Horrible customer service and they denied with no reason why! She didn’t want to process my information from the beginning and she rushed me. I did not feel welcomed there and she gave me a hard time

      My experience was horrible!!! I went in at 1:30pm, had to leave at 2:20pm because a lady came in while the representative was working on my application. The lady had plenty questions and I went up to the window and ask how long would it take to complete my application, the representative told me right after she help the lady that just walked in while she was working on my application. I thought that was unprofessional because she told me to wait and have a seat until she was finish with the young lady before me. The representative told me I can leave and come back when she call me. I only got a call to ask about one of my reference. I had to come back to the office because I didn’t hear anything since that phone call. Returned back to the office to sit for 1 hour and a half to see her provide services to other and tell me I am denied. No explanation. Horrible service!!
