  Me and my Husband just closed on our First home with the help of Mr.James at EZ lending I have to first say thank you for helping us get closed on our dream home..We was on the market for almost a year everywhere we looked they was telling my husband his debt to ratio was to high to get approved for the amount of loan we was looking for we was introduced to Mr.James by my brother from the first phone he gather information and got to rolling working hard and faithful to help us get closed on our home i have Never met someone that is so dedicated to their customers until I met Mr.James and is determined to get the Job Done so from the bottom of our hearts we like to say Thank You Sooo Much for All you have done to help us get closed on our Home you are the best of the best and will Always use for our mortgage and refinance need in the future….

  On and off for a year I looked into refinancing my home but did not see anything that would benefit me. November 4th. I decided to look again. After putting my number and email address in the required fields, the phone started ringing back -to- back as usual. I received about 12 calls within an hour and 1 text message. The text was from James with EZ Lending Solution. I decided to reach out to him via email and informed him of my expectations. During the conversation, I realized the loan I was looking to obtain would not benefit me. He did not argue or question my decision. He actually agreed that it would not benefit me. I wanted to refi. my home but not the HELOC loan and it wasn't worth the time or effort and most importantly, it was not going to benefit me financially. He asked me to call him so we could discuss in greater detail to see what I wanted to do and he would let me know if there was something that would work for me. His ideas were great. I explained to him what I was trying to accomplish and he assisted me with finding a loan that would benefit me. What I liked about the process was the following: 1. I received phone call and text message. The text message is what made me interested. This company was the only company that reached out to me via text. 2. I was able to lock in at a 1.99% interest rate. The rates may be lower or higher now but I was satisfied with my rate. 3. The turnaround time was phenomenal. There were a couple of things I did not like. For example: I did not like that the figures continued to change. However, I knew this had to do with escrow and my experience with escrow has never been a pleasant experience. Escrow has always been all over the map because taxes change and insurance rates change. I am not faulting James as a result of this. I think the refinance charges are a little on the high end compared to other companies but I believe that sometimes it's better to pay a little more to get what you want in a timely manner. Any issues that I had were minute on the grand scheme of things. I would recommend family and friends to EZ Lending Solutions. I would like to end my review by saying that the Mortgage Broker can only work with the cards he is dealt. If your credit is bad, you are behind on your bills, you are in bankruptcy etc...it's going to be difficult for you to obtain a loan and that is not and would never be the broker's fault.

  My wife and I just closed on our 2nd home. In the beginning I was skeptical about using a company outside of my desired area to buy. Turns out it was the best decision I could have made. James at EZ Lending Solutions is a strict professional that is meticulous about details and aims to get your deal done. I will forever use him for all my mortgage and refinance needs.
