My son apparently took out a payday loan and defaulted. They started calling my cell number several times a day and making threats. I am in bad health as it is, they caused me a lot of stress. They left a message on my voice mail saying they were the police and had an arrest warrant for my son. I knew it was a scam when they broke Federal laws (Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ) I will be filing complaintso with the Attorney General's office as well as pursuing legal action. I have saved every message, every number, every name. Don't do business with this place, I don't even live in the same city as my adult son. Threatening me for his debt was a poor choice on their part.
