      I have been banking with the White Bluff branch for the last 23 years and plan to continue on for the next. They have always greeted me with a smile and a welcoming hello. The bank manager and tellers have always went the extra mile for me, whether it be for identity theft, a loan or just cashing a check. They make it feel like home there for me.

      If I could give this Bank 0 stars I would. Where do I even begin? I used the ATM and needed an envelope so I drove around to the night drop and the teller at the window literally started screaming at me not to use the night drop? Over and over again “what are you doing?!” “Don’t put it in there”. When I told some of my family members what happened they ALL had TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE stories to share as well.
