      I have been with F&M for over 10 years. This is the best hometown friendly bank I have ever experienced. They know me and my family. They have bent over backwards to help with any issues. Especially while my son was deployed to Iraq.

      Every Friday it seems like the service is down and I can never use my card and I can never transfer my money.

      Brandon, I would like to apologize for the issues you had yesterday. There was a major internet outage with a DNS service, that was out of our hands. Our website, online banking, and many website that use this service and were affected by the outage. The outage lasted about an hour late yesterday afternoon.
