Went there to cash one of there checks from a long time member of there bank and waited in line to only be told couldn’t cash in that particular lane due to not having a account there this place is a joke

I was went and looked at a cheaper home and the realtor that listed it told me that the guy in charge of the VA Home Loans at this bank would be great to use (that they had a lot of experience with him). Tried to use their home loan service (going to do a VA Home Loan) but the person in charge of it shrugged me off instantly because I was not a member of the bank and then after a minute changed their mind. Then right after changing their mind, he demanded all my income information and said that I had not been getting enough VA money for long enough and he couldn't do a loan. I said that was fine I will go elsewhere. I told the realtor what happened and that I would just pass on the house for now and go with a different bank in the future. A few days later the realtor called me and said she talked to the guy from the bank and he said "Yes" "He will get you a home loan" The person that she recommended was a complete jerk to me and then he can't even call me to tell me anything. No thank you.
