      Have gotten the run around and transferred to multiple people without anyone being able to help me. I called F&M Mortgage about a construction loan needed in Rockbridge County, VA. I was told that they could not help me because there is not a mortgage office in Rockbridge Co so I was transferred to the bank. The bank told me that the Mortgage office would need to help me because they handle the construction loans. I called a whole different branch in efforts to get help and was told I need to speak with the Mortgage office and was transferred, the mortgage office told me that the bank needed to help me. Needless to say, I won't be asking for any assistance from F&M in the future.
