      Greencastle Branch Rocks! My wife had a problem with her ATM card. Karen was very helpful and put Jan at ease. She went the extra mile to help. Also thanks to Katie. Customer Service means explaining reasons for protocols and listening to the customer... Unfortunately, it is not always the case. So glad we bank in Greencastle!
