      The people are great & service is great, but they have to do something about online & app. I opened an account online & it's been the worst experience I've ever encountered. I have my checks & cards & still no PIN numbers to activate my debit cards.

      They don't check IDs, service is absoultely horrible. And the app and website is coded by a monkey. Would not recommend this bank to anyone.
