  Fahad is uber professional. Not only did he bring to me an already well-prepared and -positioned out-of-state buyer; I found his professionalism top notch! Fahad is extremely personable; he responds so promptly, that you feel your transaction is the only one he has. He is constantly a step ahead, providing solutions to the next need before you have time to anticipate it. Fahad even offered to close 1 week early, having already satisfied the underwriter's loan requirements! This is why Fahad Janvekar is at the top of my Preferred Lender's List.
