Never use this company! I have been a mortgage underwriter for 23 years and would of been fired if I had worked like this company. Closing was changed and no one even called to tell me. Funds to close was changed and I was not told till the day I signed. Original appraiser sat on appraisal for 10 days, before he decided not to do it. They didn’t even check on it so that is another reason for delay . I had to write a complaint to head quarters to get the ball moving. I bought the house living in another state and ended up having to delay pickup with movers.
