      Jay and team were amazing to work with. They were able to offer us a pre-approval same as cash and the ability to close in 14 days or so. When approaching sellers it gave us the leverage we needed to get in the door and have a chance. Prior mortgage companies we’ve worked with always made us feel like a # and never offered the leverage Jay was able to provide and the education on the current market and best strategies.
