  The TEAM at Fairway did an amazing job with our loan and made the process as painless as possible. This is the 3rd loan we've closed (first 2 being with a different lender) and can tell you this was the easiest and most pleasant experience we've had. Jamey puts a smile on your face with every conversation as well as puts you at ease knowing that you are in the best hands possible with their TEAM. They make sure all i's are dotted and t's are crossed. I would highly recommend this group...they work hard for you every step of the way and beyond. A+++++++++++

  Very bad experience,never go with these guys again..... promised to pay me the money they owe me but never got back to me despite of repeated phone calls. please dont waste your time or money by going to Fairway...

  They guys were nothing but a disaster. They lure you in with this $500 down HUD home but neglect to tell you that deal is only if you pay the full asking price on a home. Who does that?? They'd give an estimate and it'd always be way lower then reality so you're always coughing up more and more money thru out the process. I found out the day before closing my interest rate was changed.25 % higher than i agreed to initially. They didnt know that HUD doesnt pay closing costs so that was sprung on me they day before closing i had to pay that too. Had friends deal with them that had similar problems and were outright lied too. In the end i got a great house thru them but i'd never use them again or recommend them to anyone i wanted to keep as a friend. It was a long drawn out nightmare cause they arent honest, forthright or up front in what they tell you. Buyer beware

  Dave, Thankfully due to the effort and expertise we relay on every mortgage we do here it is easy to identify who you are and we remember your displeasure. I am not sure what more our staff could have done to provide you with the home you desired. We believe we performed a mortgage that most other lenders would not have figured out how to do, you got the home at a great price and a great rate. We have discussed face to face, over the phone and via email the confusion you have had over mortgage products and the mortgage product you received. Unfortunately, none of this communication during the loan or after has resulted in clarity for you. I know we did a great job by you..........We will continue to strive for 100% customer satisfaction, however, we have also been in business long enough to respect we will only hit 99%.
