One of the reasons I enjoy doing business with FWCU is because of employees like Mr.Ulrich of the Apopka Branch. I've been a member of this network for years. Under the leadership of Mr.Ulrich not only has customer service scaled up, but the level of traffic from new customers has increased. Obviously banking is a business, but it shouldn't feel creepy and disconnected from their consumer base At the Apopka location I know Eric cares about his customers and it's not all about the monetary transactions. He sees you as a person before profit. This is not the case with most profitable entities.

This is absolutely a great Bank!! 5 stars go to Chris Perez he finds solutions to anything that you might need!!
