      I just got out of the bank disappointed. I withdraw my money and wanted to exchange my 20s to big bills. The lady was very nice and was willing to do that. However, there was a black guy who’s a manager came by and asked my name and told me that they can’t exchange because “you already withdraw 4k?!” So he told the banker not to give me big bills. I’m a member for more than 7+ years now and that’s how you treat me? Such a rude person I don’t know how the staff would stand this guy.

      Went to make a deposit and woman with black hair at the drive thru on Monday around 4:15 pm did not even ask which account I wanted the deposit to be in (savings or checking) then sent my stuff back to me without a farewell or saying anything of that nature usually the staff here are cool but whoever that woman is not (hopefully she’s just having a bad day)
