      I have had the worst banking experience from the staff of this institution !! The service and treatment received were horrible !! I do not recommend at all! Even to withdraw my account, the manager threatened me not to return my money if I threatened her with a lawyer. in the end they gave me back part of the money, they charged me to withdraw my money and they forced me to sign but they refused to give me a breakdown of what they charged me !! Fraud and violation of civil rights !! here there was undoubtedly discrimination for being Hispanic !! I would never recommend them!       It literally takes FOREVER to make the simplest of transactions and some staff looks annoyed to have to handle cash.
