      From someone who currently has a bank account with frmcu. They're nothing special really. Just another place that treats people like a number despite being a credit union.

      Very nice people work here and they are not at fault for creating the silly policies that this Stone-Age institution holds so dear. Someone needs to have courage to challenge the status quo with some progressive ideas and creative problem solving. The website and app are just sad; you'd do well to invest in consulting a skilled tech company to do a complete overhaul.
