      Never open on time and during tax season when people work it would be nice to follow the schedule you post online so people don't waste time

      Been a frmcu member for a few years, financed my last car loan with them. Attempted to apply for a 2nd car loan with them and missed a call, have called back and left messages 3 times now and have yet to get anyone to call back to me. Last time I called I could hear who ever answered the phone ask the person I was calling for if they had called me and I was out through to a voice mail and left another message. Wouldn't advise using any bank that is this difficult to get a hold of for any loans.
