      I would give zero stars if it would let me. The mortgage loan department is completely unorganized and has not updated their policies since they opened. I would recommend going anywhere else for your lending needs as this bank does not know the meaning of customer service and has not interesting in doing the right thing for the borrower. AVOID THIS BANK AT ALL COSTS
