  We closed on our first home with Luke this week and had the best experience! He was attentive, responsive, and gave us thorough information that allowed us to make the best possible decisions for our family. Luke responds to every email or call and even connected with us while he was on vacation to give us the status of our home purchase. He also put us in contact with the most incredible realtor, Sara Whitney! We plan to work with him going forward and would recommend his services to anyone looking for help with a home loan!   As a fellow financial professional, I have known and worked with Sarah at Family Financial for almost 10 years. Not only is she my personal mortgage broker, but we also have mutual clients. You can expect her to be knowledgeable and timely with her communications. While we live in a world where most things can be done digitally, it's nice to have a local professional to work with for the most important steps. Family Financial comes highly recommended.

  Sarah is absolutely amazing! I have been working with her for almost a year and she has helped me every second of every day! She started with helping me increase my credit score, then securing my loan (and government loans are not easy!) and then helped me find the most amazing insurance agent! I am extremely organized, a little O.C.D and an absolute perfectionist. Every time something went a little “off” I got so frazzled and Sarah was always right there to keep me calm and level headed (even at 1 am!). We closed to today and I couldn’t be happier. I was dreading and extremely nervous to go and sign all those papers. Once we got there though, it was so relaxed and more like meeting an old friend for coffee! I will never have anyone else help with loans and such here on out! She truly is the best and I look forward to knowing her for many, many more years!
