      BEWARE when buying electronics from them......I purchased a supposed FACTORY SEALED new iPhone 13 pro from them on their ebay listings & after getting it a little cheaper than retail price I had it activated to only have it not work because this phone was reported stolen/blacklisted which any person can check with the S/N & IMEI number. Both APPLE & AT&T confirmed that this phone was definitely stolen. I must have messaged/emailed them 4-5 times to get 0 & truly 0 responses from them that EBAY & PAYPAL stepped in after I had to escalate it & even in their forum they didn't respond once but eventually got my refund back due to ebay/paypal guarantee policy. I would have had no problem & wanted to give them the benefit of doubt until they completely ghosted/ignored me which to anyone's eyes would make them look absolutely guilty of knowing this issue during this 2 week process to get everything resolved. I know things can slip through & mistakes happen as I also owned & operated a business for 10 years while also being in the retail industry most of my career, this was hands down some shady poor customer service practice.
