      We have been members for 10+ years. Over the last decade we have had the sincere privilege of working with Patricia Mink, the Branch Manager at the Priceville branch, on many transactions. In many instances she’s gone above and beyond to assist us with quick timelines and extra details we’ve requested. She always comes through for us! In a few dealings we’ve even been offered a slightly lower rate elsewhere, but we know they don’t compare to the service we always receive from Patricia. Kudos to Patricia and kudos to Family Security Credit Union for keeping the hometown feel in a world that’s becoming less customer friendly everyday. Keep up the outstanding work!
