My husband and I met with Alex a couple of times we liked his professionalism. We gave a deposit for a living trust package and we were supposed to receive a phone appointment from the office with Jennifer to verify information prior to final paperwork. I spoke with her in between appointments as she had missed one appointment and I called her to see why she hadn't kept that appointment. She said it was an oversight so we set an additional appointment. She then missed that one as well and gave a number of additional excuses... it seems that on the front end they're quite responsive but once they have your business you can't get a hold of them any longer... this has become a concern for us for any future updates or business with them. We're getting our deposit back!
