  Honestly, they make themselves see helpful. They’re just doing it for the sale. My bed frame literally broke, the people who installed it didn’t do a good job and it came apart. I made a call in January, had to reschedule. It’s now May and I called and they’re not willing to help during cov19 they mentioned they’ll replace my stuff at no cost and they told me to throw out my furniture and now they’re saying I have to pay for what was thrown out after the person who sold me the stuff told me to dispose of it until her repair men is available. Horrible service. They ruin your credit. I’ve done 2 different transactions The first time they closed my account before my one year mark ruining my history on my credit. Also, they lied to me and I’ve could’ve got the same set cash someone else for half the price. They charge you for insurance (don’t ask just apply it) but won’t come in handy. They sweet talk you and make you feel like a family. But, honestly, if you have too go I would look for a person not to willing to help you because they know morally it isn’t the right thing so they’re not as willing to help. They know the prices are wrong, they charge more, finance for more, and don’t help you will have to contact corporate with no resolution. I disappointed with Hugo & my sales rep And everybody at 28st.

  Hello Friends, I recommend “Aarons” better, they are better with customer service and their contracts do not have as many obstacles as in this company. My dad took out a stove and months later an armchair he had already paid $500 and thought he was going to finish paying but he noticed and the payments did not come out, the company came out that the price of the stove was not what they put in the first contract. In short, $500 lost and they with terrible customer service, but to charge yourself very good. Well, if anyone knows if I can take legal action, I would appreciate it.
