  This is by far the worst loan place that exiats..carmen treviño is the most unprofessional individual who does not have one clue of how to excell in customer satisfaction. She told me she would call back in 5 nimutes n 3 hours went by n i had to call myself back but she was out to lunch. These employees are very rude n unprofessional, the worst i hqve ever seen!!!! If you dont want to go thru headaches n arguments with these uneducated n rude individuals i suggest tobtake your business somewhere else where they will treat you with dignity n respect. It is apparent that these people have no regard for people in a financial need and the treatment received by them is degrading and dehumanizing. I hope that one day they will have the financiwl need that i did n that they go somewhere n receice the same treatment they have given me n get a taste of how dehumanizing they make you feel. They hqve no compassion, patience or understanding n i pray to the allmighty to see that they get abtaste of their own medicine so they know how they make people feel when they belittle them and yell at them n make them feel inferior justblike they made me feel. I hope your business comes crashing down n that all of you go thru difficult times so you can see what people in need go thru and how they feel when they receive the evil treatment you have given me. PLEASE AVOID THIS ESTABLISHMENT OF BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE!!!! YOU WILL REGRET MAKING BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!! GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THIS PLACE!!!! THEY ARE THE WORST!!!!   I would not go to this place of business. First they take all of your personal information and then they claim you have bad credit, even if you don't, and then they will not tell you what they claim is on your credit nor will they shred or give you back the copies of your personal information. When you ask for a corporate office telephone number they say it's in Monterrey and there is no phone number there... very shady STAY AWAY!!!!!!
