They are incredibly slow at responding to messages. It does not take 14 days to respond to out of state customers. I wouldn't complain if it were only one time, but unfortunately this is the eighth encounter. Three days is the shortest time spent waiting. And if you're out of town and need money transfered immediately, you can forget it. At least two days to transfer money from your personal accounts. Smh! Loan will reach maturity in October and I'll be done with these fools.
