I urge you to try a different lender before choosing this one. I have worked with them for multiple years and now I am searching for a new lender in the ag sector. They have lost fully executed loan papers that I delivered to their office. They have now lost a large check from my insurance company to get shingles on a building that they have no interest in. Because there was a small amount of that check that included repairs for a building that they do have an interest in, they had to endorse the check as well. It got lost in this office and here I am with not being able to repair and shingle a building while rain is forecast every day. I am on day 10 of waiting for the money and now I have to jump through their hoops to make needed repairs. I am very disappointed and frustrated by the lack of competence that continues to happen. They clearly do not understand farmers nor have any regard for a very difficult situation that I am in due to heavy damage we sustained on our entire farm due to a derecho. Do not recommend.
