      We used Tim Hudson to purchase our land and could not be happier. They offered competitive rates and wanted less down that other lenders that offer land loans. Highly recommend!

      I called Farm Credit on Monday 10 February. I asked Tim Hudson what I needed. He totally blew me off. Tim was going to a seminar would not be back for a couple days. Tim has not called me back. Today is February 15. I was interested in buying a house and needed a line of credit put on my farm. I would not recommend Farm Credit to anyone at this point. I had previous negative dealings with Tim Hudson. This confirms it. If you’re wanting farm commercial loans, most banks have a loan department that can help you.
