      Did not think the lady I first dealt with gave very good customer service. Felt like I was brushed off and like my boss wouldn't be allowed to speak to a manager if necessary, so I wrote a pretty harsh review at first and gave 2 stars. Since then, I spoke to a lady named Robin. She was very nice and apologized for what happened, took time to speak to me, was very polite and kind and understanding. I have changed their rating to 3 stars and will reevaluate in the future to see if customer service has improved with other employee. If I have a good experience, I may increase to 4 stars. Glad I called and talked to the second lady.
