  This bank takes care of its customers! Five years ago, I visited to have two savings bonds cashed out. The teller I worked with was astute enough to provide me with a photo copy of the bonds just in case they got lost along the way, which unfortunately did happen. Five years later, and almost five years after I stopped banking here, the staff spent time helping me track down these lost bonds and, when they couldn't turn up anything, provided me with the correct phone number to call at the treasury department. Everyone was just as helpful as when I was still a customer of theirs. Life circumstances have compelled me to bank elsewhere, but if you are looking for a bank that cares about its customers, this is 100% where you should put your money.
