  We think Farmer's Bank in Ft. Collins is outstanding. We have been banking with them for years. We are "nobodies" and were new to the area but got a bridge loan for our house there when Wells Fargo just laughed at us. We have also gotten HELOC's from Farmer's. Main guy, Richard, took risks for us more than once to pull us through rough patches. All the employees have been professional and courteous; particularly Adrienne. She always remembers us and is super efficient and helpful in every way. I know there are misunderstandings in every business but I'm not discounting the negative reviews. I'm just saying that that sure has not been our experience. Quite the opposite. If the subject of banks come up we don't hesitate to tell people to go to Farmers (certainly not to that soul-less place, Wells Fargo). Your experience will probably be very positive, just like ours.

  Absolutely the worst, I own an active, profitable ranch in foco and could not get past hello with this institution. Their loan officer is uninformed and unwilling to be even somewhat helpful, he also has absolutely no idea what loan vehicles his bank actually offers to farmers. Complete waste of time, wholly unprofessional I recomend finding another bank. If you, like me are anywhere on the LGBTQ scale, heads up, this place will make you uncomfortable. The staff has had no training and the bigotry is just out there for everyone to experience. It baffles me how such an awful bank is still open.
