      Literally every week is something different with these people* today I find my bank account in the negative 100s. I deposit 145$ yesterday and only 15$ of that made it to my account* y'all will be seeing me very soon*** I'm tired of my money not being where it's supposed to be and I'm tired of how unorganized these people are*

      Literally the most unprofessional bank I've ever worked with. Have been on the phone for past two hours with capitol one who was trying to confirm my payment and even after us calling them 4 times in a row and asking them to please please answer the phone call for capitol to confirm so after an hour and a half and me calling and using some not so nice language they finally picked up the phone for them. Very poor service and the lady just hung up on me when I was calling to ask once more to please answer. Will be closing my account here very soon
