  I went to Farmers Bank for my first ever home loan. They made it so easy and were very accommodating.

  I went in to cash some change and dollar bills for bigger dollar bills that I saved up and they complained the whole time like I couldn't hear their comments. What are they there for if not to provide a service. I felt it was rude how I was treated. They acted like it was such a hassle to do their jobs. The usual people weren't there I like them better.

  My partner and I started banking with them beginning of June of 2020. We are leaving this bank due to very rude customer service. We ended up having a fraud check and the way they handled it was horrible. They assumed I wrote the check but in fact I didn't. I went to the bank to fix the matter and each of the women at the desk were giving me dirty looks and treated me like I was a criminal. I paid off the amount and they still treated me horribly. I am in shock that someone would treat me like that. As soon as everything is processed we are leaving this bank. If I could give this bank zero starts I would. Juana was the main woman I dealt with. We will be talking to management there as well.
