FBank is the very best in so many ways. Staff is always helpful and friendly, and no question is to small. Always a friendly hello whenever you walk in or use the drive through. If you are looking for a loan I recommend you try Farmers Bank of Willard's. And if you are in the area of Farmers on Coastal Highway ask for Kelly she is the very best and is always there for you even after your loan has been completed.

I had been with this bank for 8 years before I decided to leave. Had my car loan with FBW and paid it off. Credit score was finally great and decided to explore a opening another account to keep my relationship with FBW going. Talked with Matt at the Millsboro branch who was friendly. Came in to talk to him as we had discussed on my only day off and he had left for the day. I thought at this point, shame on me, I should have set a hard appointment. Anyway, I left my number with the head teller to have Matt call me. He never did. I took my money out today and went over to WSFS and opened an account. Joke is on FBW. I have a great credit score that I have worked very hard to achieve. I now have an American Express, a great relationship with Dustin at WSFS and am getting ready to close on a house. No shame on me for working hard and expecting a phone call, shame on you for lacking basic customer service. I will never recommend your bank to anyone.
