      This Farmers and Merchant’s branch in Long Beach has the best customer service of any bank, period. They have a personal touch that is unmatched by all of the usual suspects (b of a, wells, etc). Highly recommended

      I don't usually use this bank but stopped in to purchase 2 rolls of quarters. I was asked if I had an account there and I said no. The teller said they only do this for their clients but she would make an acception.. I found that both off and unreasonable but was satisfied that at least I got my quarters. While I was there it seemed that only 1-2 tellers were helping clients despite a line that was growing with more clients.
