  Went today made a deposit completely forgot to take a picture of my check called bank Cecilia quickly got on it she went above and beyond and to top it off has great customer service I was extremely grateful how fast she send the information I needed is always nice to see a friendly face 🙂

  Horrible bank. Old school and slow. Doesn’t work on numerous online services. Doesn’t post direct deposits in a timely consistent manner. Fraud department constantly locks my account. Would never recommend. Thanks for the reply f&m. I don’t need assistance, though. Over numerous calls over 4 years these issues haven’t been resolved. This is just how your company operates.

  Place is a total nightmare to deal with. I spent two weeks being transferred, put on hold given email addresses to people who dont really care about their customers at all. I had just opened my account to try to run my business through F&M because they have a good face but after 2 weeks I realize the good face is lipstick on a pig. Total waste of two weeks of effort and energy. Luckily I have a credit union that's been really great over the years so I don't have to deal with F&M.
