Farmers & Merchants Bank has treated me with the highest level of kindness, respect and professionalism and I would give them six stars if I could. From the first moment I called the branch (and the bank manager David answered the phone himself) and then walked into the bank I could tell there was something very different about this organization. The environment was inviting and comfortable and the employees and customers were chatting and smiling. I was warmly welcomed by David then he introduced me to Bill who handled everything for me and they even stayed 30 mins after closing to finish my account setup! I just can’t say enough good things about my experience working with them so the next time you need business banking services call F&M Bank! They are knowledgeable, professional, kind and operate their business with the highest level of customer service. They really are doing business the way very few others do and the way I wish everyone else in the banking world would.

Became excessive fees. I had business accounts with them for over 20 years. Recently closed them all as they love billing fees for most everything. Not competitive with other Banks. Usbank and Coamerica bank do not have the fees . They are pretty much free. And as for building a relationship with the bank to help business, there is so much employee turnover at my local branch, I only know one person who was there more than 2 years ago.
