Excellent customer service and a culture that is old school & client-centric. The entire staff makes you feel as if you are their only client. I have a small business & incorporated ....the folks at Farmers have been very helpful and walked me though the processes... I have banked with FMB for the last three years with my business. I work with Peter Meyer who is a consummate professional. FMB has handled my business accounts with alacrity and professionalism. Specifically with the arrival of the Covd19 pandemic they have been quick to enable mobile interactions which have worked smoothly. They were instrumental in getting a PPP loan for my business at a time when many other business owners I know were turned away. AND TO THIS DAY NO REPLY FROM MANAGEMENT!!! IS THIS HOW YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS?o SO I needed to break a hundred dollar bills so I can get food for me and my son and McDonald's since McDonald's is too small to break a hundred. To my dismay and my son's disappointment I was told by the agent after he asked his manager behind the desk that there policy is to not to break any bills over a 20 for " non-member customers" REALLY? WOW!!!! IS THAT REALLY HOW YOU WANT TO TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS? If I can't get change at a bank where can should I go?
