      It will be a long time before I darken their doorstep again. I went here to check out refinancing an auto loan. I hadn't heard anything good or bad about the place so I thought I would try them out. The man I talked with told me that it would be a couple hundred dollars to refinance the $5,000 or so dollars I had left on my car loan. I told him that I was still checking around and asked if that was pretty standard and he assured me it was what I would find at other institutions. He was totally wrong. I stopped at stark federal credit union and it was only $25 to refinance and the interest rate was the same. He was literally going to let me waste hundreds of dollars just to have me do business there. Either he didn't know their rates were much higher or he was purposefully deceitful. Either way, bad banking. The staff was nice and the place is clean though if that's all you care about.
