      The customer service at this branch is much to be desired, things that should take minutes seem to be very hard and confusing for the staff. My list also includes issues with them not wanting to notarize basic documents that my current bank has zero issues with, to putting long holds on checks that are under 10k, it got to the point where I dreaded walking in. After checking with other locals that have also switched from farmers I ended up closing my accounts and moving to Huntington. Thankfully my experience has been much better.

      The only reason that this is one star is I couldn't go lower. I wasn't notified, until I went to use my debit card, that Farmers National Bank was bought out by a bank in Canfield.
