      I am at the branch on Lincoln at Massillon Ohio at this present moment. There are 6 people in line and 3 tellers are present but just one is seeing customers I have pictures and the other tellers are sitting working on other paper work. Also we have took a loan out and was suppose to receive $100 for opening a checking account and they could not resolve the issue by phone so we had to drive 1 hours for this and they still cannot resolve the issue
