      I shop for my grand father and his bank is key bank so we use farmers in seville. I went to the ATM for him and forgot my card within second remembered and went back to get HIS card back. I showed that i was just there with reciept from their bank machine and bc my name was not one it she cut up his card and told me to bad u gotta get a new one from HIS bank. He is OLD and COVID is crazy and this is wrong. I had and have proof. She wouldn't even give me her name she refused dark haired lady with glasses at the drive up window. I told her she was rude and that wasn't right sue to the things happening right now. SHE DID NOT CARE.
