  The people that work at this Bank are always so very nice and friendly.they go out of their way to make the customer feel like family. I have always received excellent customer service here. Good hours and are very knowledgeable about the products and policies of the bank

  TERRIBLE policy that they cannot service their own ATM. (Back story-Had to get cash out because husband was at hospital and card reader was down)I’m a non-customer and the ATM took my card and then said it was out of service. I was a manager at another local bank and I worked on those ATMs daily so I know it’s just jammed in the card reader and you just have to reach in and grab it out. They don’t even have a key to get in there! Insane! Told me I could come back next week to get it. LOL what a joke. On top of that the things a dinosaur so probably needs a HUGE update. Not a customer and never would be with how things are handled at Farmers. Should have known with all the trouble we went through when the one in Chester closed down. The person who answered the phone was rude and cut me off mid sentence after I said I didn’t want a manager and transferred me anyway. Just for the “manager” to also be rude and no help. Seriously that’s your job! I don’t care if it’s your policy and you can’t do it! That’s not the issue. The issue is you need to diffuse the situation and try to make things better at your company. When I tell you to convey that the policy needs changed to your boss or whoever then you say you will even if you don’t plan to (because you clearly don’t care about people.)THATS what a good manager does. Prehistoric bank, terrible customer service, policies need changed, more people need hired if dual control is the issue, don’t recommend! Thank God my bank is in the 21st century and has instant issue debit cards and I will get a new one today. Hopefully higher ups see these reviews and take notice of how their employees treat difficult situations and that they need to rethink their policies! Huge inconvenience.
