      Did not get the name of the teller, but my mother whom is older in age called to request some account information. The teller was entirely inappropriate to her and was evidently disgusted with her on the phone because my mother had forgotten some account details. I’ve said it many times before to others, if you can’t at least fake being nice, you have no business being in customer service. The incident in itself may be minor, but the bank is in a rural area where I suspect many other local older people utilize this location and I thought the owner should be aware of this “customer service” encounter.
