      I have always had awesome service from FSB Topeka. Their loan officers are great, and you can tell that they really care. It’s nice having so many loan officers at the Topeka Branch who can help with mortgages, commercial loans, and consumer loans and usually meet with you that very same day.

      After 13 years of having an account... I it was decided by managemt to close my account.. I countinully went bto cash checks.. until.. June 3rd 2019.. when I was told they could no longer do business transactions with me because I didn't have an account. I went inside to open a savings account.. and was treated very badly.. I was told I could not receive my cash for 15 days because of the size.. one thousand seven dollars.. and stock market check from proctor and Gamble.. like it wa s going to bounce? There are only a couple girls in that bank that are truly nice and genuine. The others are a click..and fake...gossiping..drama..want to be bully's..small town. .small minded...immature woman...with boring lives .I have to say after 13 years of being a customer...I have never been treated so badly.. I felt very unwanted.. and nomatter what I would have done or said wouldnot have mattered. I give credit to Daniel and Tammy.. I have always enjoyed them.. and they have always treated me the same Everytime..not like a bunch of immature teenagers hanging up on someone..these ladies need to find other employment..in order to work around people I feel you must have a certain matureity....and respect for all customers.i will never bank with farmers in Topeka Indiana again.
