      State bank is new, but they are putting forth the effort to give good service. Once everyone is trained, it should be a great place to bank.

      I loved the bank before they switched, I did all my tax return paper work and sent it in as a direct deposit, irs said it was sent 3 weeks ago to my bank account, went 2 times to both the stockbridge and munith location and only at the munith location did they see the mistake. someone changed my routing number and failed to ever notify me. they asked me if i had changed it and looked at me weird when i said no. i’ve never stepped an actual foot inside either banks ever, not even when making the account because it was during covid. now fast forward to today, i try to deposit a check, and it is the weekend. however, farmers state bank check and cash deposit always worked on the weekends. this one does not. it’s insanely inconvenient and will be switching banks when they open up on Monday.
