      Friendly, courteous tellers. Everytime I have had an issue I just have to call and they can solve my issues. As it is a smaller bank there are sometimes a longer wait to reach the person who handles certain issues but once they have been contacted they help as fast as possible. I like knowing my money is local and people I know and trust will help me when I need them.
