      I bank there because I don't want to switch everything, or have time to go start new account elsewhere. But honestly 75% of tellers are rude, they never awnser there phones...unless you call West Salem branch, and they are slow for getting a new loan I have had great experiences with farmers and terrible ones. All in all I would probably choose them for checking, savings accounts but not for loans

They are so professional.They are the kindest people and so willing to take whatever time is needed to help you, whether the problem is minor or major, drive thorough window or inside! They have always made me feel comfortable to talk to whatever the issue! If your looking for a great banking experience I highly recommend you try here! They have two locations for our convenience!
