  I had 4 mins to close. They denied me entrance. Why do they have hours if they will not follow them. Even after I called they screamed at me they were closed. 4 mins till 7pm. Change ur hours then.

  This organization is BAD BUSINESS!!!!.... ok I know it’s a pawn shop but have some respect for your consumers that purchase item from you that is not quality items. I purchased a computer in August from this company and it was $206 and the chubby lady with the glasses ask me if I would like a warranty and stated if I didn’t get it I was able to return the computer. I then said yes I would like the warranty not know until I read it and the paper states that I would have 15 days to return it. Well After I purchased the first computer I went all the way home and the computer was completely unresponsive I couldn’t even get the home screen to show up. SO I went back to the store and told her I wanted a refund and then she stated that she had another computer that was for the same price and that it worked better, So I went on ahead in exchange the broken one for the better one. When I Got home yes the computer worked but as time was passing my computer was acting weird. It would pop a app that said I would need to pay for the viruses to be cleared out. Moving forward by dec my computer completely shut down on me. if I didn’t say it before this computer was strictly for school purposes. Nothing more I took it back up there to see if I could either get my money or if somebody can fix it for me or even look at it Jesus Christ something. The 2 women were very very very rude omg. They was acting as if I didn’t know what I was talking about as soon as I walked in. And the manger then told me it was a 15 day warranty and a 30 day which the fat lady forgot to mention to me , and then she interrupted me while I’m speaking to the manger and said “I told her about the policy when she got it”. Excuse me? Girl humble yourself because you knew dang well you didn’t say nothing of distort when it came to me purchasing that warranty, and then have the nerve to rude and lie and then interrupted me at that. Point is that your business isnt gonna be standing for long if you have rude employees, and not put in any effort to negotiate with your consumers that’s how you lose money honeys 😘
