  Manager lady has been rude and undermined me and other customers every time iv been there. She will absolutely do nothing to make your experience welcoming or speedy! Today was my 3rd and last time they will have my business. I strongly recommend never stepping foot in there if you want to enjoy the rest of your day.

  We do apologize that you feel this way, our services are to the best of our abilitys while being short staffed and only having two people working a day. As a result of this we try to get to everyone in the timely manner in which they arrive. But again if you felt like your needs were not met in the timely fashion seen fit we do apologize and hope you have a great remaining day.

  Not only is the store disgusting, but so is the customer service. I know you can’t expect a lot from someone who works at a pawnshop, but I would at least expect that they open their door to customers. Rang the doorbell five times and the last time I rang it instead of coming to help she just yelled at me to pull the door (which was locked by the way). It only unlocked the sixth time I tried it, after me yelling back through the door that it’s locked. Not once did she get up to actually come and open the door or help. Then, I was told that a stainless steel $50 ring was worth nothing. Wouldn’t recommend it. Ended up selling my ring for $40 at a neighboring pawn shop.

  We do apologize that this incident has occured as occured as our door is broken and has been broken for about two weeks now. I understand that you would have like assistance in this matter instead of ringing the doorbell as many times as you did with us being short staffed we can't always run and open the door when we are assisting our customers. And when it comes to the stainless steel ring that material is something that we do not take we take gold and silver. But we are glad someone was able to give you a cvallue for your ring. Again we hope you have a good day !
